# My virtually teetotal father has begun drinking wtf

Update: Dad has fallen twice today and been intoxicated both times. When I spoke to the ambulance driver at the scene he said they were taking Dad into hospital for his own safety even though he was unwilling. I could hear him in the background shoutigng at them. This is very bad. I passed on to them the theory that he is self medicating his depression.
