Looks like he’s also suing the guy who owned the minivan his drunk and stoned wife was driving the wrong way on a freeway. The minivan’s owner, incidentally, lost three daughters in the crash. ---

If only the state had put up a sign saying, “If you’re drunk and stoned you must get off the highway”, none of this would ever have happened. Only her brave husband and lawyer are willing to speak the truth. BTW, the guy looks a lot like Chris Christie. ---

See? This is why we need one more level in the judicial system. _I_ get to review cases and decide that the person bringing a case like this into the court system needs to be fined and his lawyer needs to be disbarred. I would do this for a reasonable salary. (With health insurance and a retirement plan, of course.) ---
