I was thinking as I read this thread “I’ve always wanted a breadmaker…” then I read **EddyTeddyFreddy** ’s comment. Thank you for reminding me of the fact that I am already carrying around a few more pounds that I ought to be. No breadmaker for me! ---

My results have been less than spectacular and my wife is not a fan (she does like the bagels and crescent butter rolls). Yesterday I made the Parmesan herb loaf recipe. I didn’t have oregano on hand so I used rosemary instead. I added about a teaspoonful of minced garlic. YUM. Now I need to try out my machine’s extra feature – making flavored butter.
