Has anyone else seen [this footage yet](http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2009/10/13/mysterious-halo-cloud-see_n_318663.html)? A bizarre circular halo light pattern formed in the clouds above Moscow. I’m sure there’s an earthly explanation, but whatever it is, it’s pretty cool. ---
