I tend to gloss over sentences that are structured differently than I’m used to. Probably from years of playing with peeker, Meeko, and Total Lost (at least she has the excuse of not being a native English speaker ;)) But, yes, looking at those 3 posts, I am surprised that we all missed it. It was probably an instance where the sheer volume of posts prevented Town from analyzing as they might have. ---

But if anything I think there were so many scum that town was on the verge of losing up until Day 5 or so, and that was after having a nearly perfect game to that point. I think if NP had stayed in it, really stayed in it, she could have taken it to three handed and might have pulled out the win. ---

I don’t see how I could have gotten that far. I think I could have outlasted scathach and Giraffe just by being careful, and maybe one more (PCM? Septimus?) if I worked my butt off to introduce complications, but the townies left alive weren’t born yesterday and my lack of claim would have made me the default lynch sooner or later, especially when the first two would have taken my top scapegoat (poisoner) and most plausible potential claim (mason) with them. PCM seemed pretty close to figuring out the third mystic thing near the end there. I’d also somehow have had to manage to kill at least two of lilflower and Ed/Jan somehow, which would have been difficult. ---

Play up the “why is Ed still alive” angle, NK PCM and probably Jan, dangle bufftabby out there as suspicious. It would have taken work, but I think it would have been possible. ---

It would have taken work, but I think it would have been possible. I just realized how fortunate I was to have always had my power used on Town players. Except when NAF had it… I do think my record of doubling the most likely Town players would have played to my advantage. And being confirmed Town didn’t really hurt either. ---

Oh, and as an aside, I fully expected to wake up poisoned that morning. Had I not also been killed, I would have probably voted for my own lynch so that Town wouldn’t potentially have three deaths in one cycle. I say probably because I’m not sure if the numbers would have mattered at that point. I didn’t do the math because I was dead. 😉 ---

I’m truly sorry I just didn’t have the motivation to get fully caught up and I knew not my role or who I targetted to create a valid claim.
