My sigs change constantly and will make this post incomprehensible in about 6 months, but by then a new thread on this topic will probably be opened and I can explain all over again (whew, long sentence). **hardygrrl** dubbed me the Assclown of Evil in my second Welcome Wagon thread, due to my treatment of the newbies there. I’m still not clear if **hardygrrl’s** comment is a compliment or insult, but it sounds cool. As for **Hama’s** line, it was just recently added today. It’s something she said to me as a joke in a Pit thread. I thought it sounded good and was better than the crap I had as my sig. ---

In [this thread](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=53102) I answered a puzzle question and everybody thought that was cool. That quote from Speaker for the Dead was one of the comments. I didn’t want to blow my own horn too loudly, so I used his comment from that thread, especially because it was very cryptic out of context. ---

From what I remember, broccoli! changed the quote from “We are 138” to “We were 138” because he felt the Misfits weren’t making good music anymore. ---

FWIW, my very non-mystifying sig is as follows: The top part is a quote that I change every once in a while. The middle is a semi-permanent (obviously it’ll go away when it reaches zero) countdown to my weekend of hot Chikkisex 😉 The bottom is, and always will be, a link to my website. ---
