Wow, I must be almost the exception. I don’t ever get dressed unless I have to go somewhere and been that way most of my life. Probably helps that much of my work is here at home and that I live in the middle of nowhere, so nudity in or out of the house is unlikely to offend anyone. Mostly I live alone these days, the kids having pretty much left the nest but they are accustomed to my nudity. I know they would prefer that I wore clothes, but dammit, it’s my place and I will be comfortable. Even my daughter in law and grandkids got used to it when they lived here for a time. ---

When I was single I often roamed the apartment naked. I could do chores, cook, watch TV, whatever. Now that I’m married (no kids), I don’t do it so much. I never wear anything in the bedroom and if I have to go downstairs for a glass of tea or something I won’t put anything on just to do so. My wife doesn’t care one way or the other. She’ll stay naked in the bedroom, but she doesn’t tend to wander the house in the alltogether like I will. ---

Naked? No. But my usual attire once I get home from work is just boxers. Full naked feels weird. ---

If I didn’t have teenaged kids and a couple roommates, I would rarely wear more than shorts at home in warm weather. Heating bills in these parts necessitate warmer clothes in winter, but lack of AC means I’d be lots happier wearing lots less in summer. Like, say, now… ---

I live with a roommate, but luckily our schedules don’t overlap much. She is up and out by 8 am, I am rarely up before 10. She gets home at 6, I get home at 10. Rinse, and repeat. I don’t usually go fully nude, but a thong or panties is usually what I wear around the house and to bed. I have to be careful because I used to live in the middle.of.nowhere so walking naked around the house or out to my truck or to sunbathe was not a big deal. Just the other day I almost walked out to my truck in my bra and panties. I took one step out the door and saw other houses and realized what I was doing. I always keep my bathrobe in my room and ready to go in case I have to get up at night for stuff, cause you never know when the roommate has to get up at the same time. I have to be careful in the morning though, because I go into the kitchen to make coffee and get totally finished and then realize the window in the kitchen that effectively goes from the countertop up 3 feet and faces all my across the street neighbors. -foxy ---

I used to compose music in the nude quite often. My studio was between the bathroom and the living area and after a shower I’d often not make it to the living area. Maybe it was some subconscious purification ritual. Now my studio’s in the basement and it’s a bit chilly down there. I used to walk around the house nude more often than I do now. Now I have little kids runnin’ round so my appearances are fewer. ---

Given my druthers, I’d hang around nekkid a lot more than I do, but **Hamish** wouldn’t appreciate it very much, and my ass sticks to the upholstery on my computer seat. Mostly I just hang out in my skivvies. ---

I don’t feel strange being naked around the house or even in the yard but my cat, Squeaky, likes to play, in an extreme manner. I would likely no longer be alive were she closer to my own size. She likes to ambush things that she sees hanging around. :eek: ---

Mr. Stasaeon and I hang out naked around our apartment all the time. He likes to watch me cook in the nude. He likes it even more when I serve him. 😃 We’re both very clean, both personally and tidy. We’ve never had a problem with “skidmarks” (uh… ew) or sticking to anything. If I’m going to be sitting for extended periods, like at the computer, I will go throw on a pair of his boxers or something. We rarely have guests over (the apartment is juuuust big enough for the two of us, whenever anyone comes over, it suddenly feels cramped and people keep bumping into one another) so that’s not a problem, and we don’t have children (just cats). The only thing we sit on naked is the sofa (or the bed), and, though clean, will be thrown out or majorly reupholstered when we move into our house. So no worries, when guests do come over, they get a comfy chair that we haul out of the closet - no one comes into our home and unexpectedly sits where - ew! a naked person! - sat. I think being naked is _fun_. I will enjoy it as long as I can. I might not feel this comfortable when I’m older. ---

I live on my own, yet I don’t run around naked too often. I keep some bath supplies in the guest bath and sometimes I’ll dash out and get whatever I need. That’s about it though. I have sheers only on the sliding glass door in the living room and wouldn’t want to scandalize the neighbors. ---

As a menopausal woman, currently living with 30 degree plus temperatures for what seems like months on end now, I’ll have you know I am sitting naked on my patio probably 4 - 5 times a night, everynight. Once that hot flash hits it feels like if you don’t get naked you might burst into flames. I get up from my bed and head for the door, peeling off any garment on the way. Night air & nakedness ----- aaaahh! ---

I generally only wear a pair of panties around the house. If someone comes over, then yes, I’ll throw on some clothes, but that’s more for the guest’s comfort than my own. Skin is skin, and everyone has a set. The details differ, but it’s no big deal to me. My husband wears a pair of jogging shorts around the house, and my daughter will wear either regular clothes or a nightgown. Both of them would be happier, I think, if I wore clothes around the house, or even a nightie, but I’m far more comfortable when I’m mostly nekkid. ---

I’m rockin’ the nekkid most times. I’ll wander around topless, or bottomless, or fully naked. Sometimes I sleep naked, sometimes not. It all depends on the mood at the time, and how hot (cold) I am. Winter is not a good nekkid time, seeing as we’re in an un-insulated house with lino floors, and only a reverse-cycle split system aircon/heater in the loungeroom. But come summer, and it’s all clothes to the wind. We rarely have guests, so that’s rarely a concern for me, but I will get dressed if someone knocks on the door. There’s clothes in every room of the house for that occasion. ---
