Back when it was just Mrs. Top and I, we’d often stay naked for awhile after shower or sex, but we never got naked just for the purpose of being naked. We also slept in the nude (me) or almost (her, just panties.) Now we have the two DESKettes (3 1/2 and 5 1/2), I usually have a pair of boxers on and Mrs. Top is usually in panties and a t-shirt at the least. They’re used to seeing a flash o’ flesh, but we try not to extend it beyond the bare minimum. (Hey, two little ladies and one bathroom, they aren’t waiting before interupting me or da Missus.) At home, nekkid in bed always, nekkid around the house most weekend mornings,unless it’s cold, in whichcase I’m wearing my thcik terrycloth bathrobe. I live by myself and no one much comes over, so, no problem. If someone is here or I’m somewhere else, boxers in bed and no one sees me unclothed unless they just spent the night with me. So, er, no one sees me unclothed these days. ---

It’s bloody hot here in the summer, with humidity that usually is around 70 percent or higher. When I recently went to Spain, where the temperatures were actually about 5 degrees Centigrade higher, it felt better due to lower humidity. I would be surprised at how hot it was when I saw thermometers. Coming back here, the heat and humidity made me feel slimy and gross immediately. I usually strip down as soon as I get home and I’m usually naked for the duration. I live by myself, so the only thing I need to worry about are the neighbors. I spend most of my time on the second floor for this reason. I have air conditioning in only one part of my apartment, which is the least convenient place to stay, so getting naked is the best way to cool down. Even when I’m at my girlfriend’s place I’ll get my clothes off right away to get cooler. She’s not as much of a nudist as me, but she doesn’t object to it. I’m actually a bit annoyed that stripping down to get comfortable in the summer is not as acceptable as bundling up in the winter. Hell, when school’s in session I have to wear long pants and, technically, a dress shirt. I can get away with short sleeves most of the time though. There’s no air conditioning in any of the classrooms. On a 35-38 degree Centigrade day, with 80 percent humidity, I feel like I’m going to #^¢\*ing die. It’s such a relief when I can go home and get naked. ---

We (me, wife, daughter when she was living at home) don’t usually go naked at home, but have no problems with going to and from the bathroom and hanging about after a bath/shower in the buff. I also sleep with just a T-shirt on (my back gets cold). It’s mostly a comfort thing - it’s more comfortable to finish drying off in the nude before you get dressed. We try to avoid inflicting our naked selves on the neighbours, however, as a matter of basic etiquette. If we lived in the country I would have no problem with nudity outside. We might be clothes-less more often if we weren’t currently owned by five cats (that’s a total of 90 claws :eek: ). ---
