Got a quicky for the teeming…could someone please remind me what the name of the ‘theory’ is for the idea that the longer an internet bulletin board thread gets, the more likely it becomes that a comparison to the Holocaust will be made? Hopefully someone knows what I’m talking about, I’m pretty sure it will have a wikipedia article.

I suspect that you are refering to [Godwin’s Law](http://www.killfile.org/~tskirvin/faqs/godwin.html) although it does not appear to be exactly how you have described it.
