# Name for this type of book? (fill-in book?)

I saw a book in a stationary store recently which i would like to buy as a gift for my boyfriend.  
The book was made for a partner in a relationship, it had things like “Remember when we first met and you said…”, and a spot to fill in the answer.

It was page after page of this sort of stuff, in different categories.  
Anyway, im not trying to find this specific book, but just the category it would fall under?

In case you’re wondering, the reason i can’t just go back to this store is because it is in another state, and i don’t know it’s name.

Memory book.

They have them for babies and weddings and other occasions, so be sure to specify relationship.
