How about **GUN FURY** after a song by the Damned? It doesn’t sound to punk, metal or “alternative”, and yet it could be used for any of those types of bands. I always thought that would be a good band name. On the silly side, how about **Thee Ruling Taliban**? ---

I saw an article a long while back that was describing some riot in some war-torn country that was started by **Disgruntled Pilgrims**. The contradiction made me laugh, and always thought that would be a great band name. ---

You could of course go into a public library, walk at random to a shelf, cound 23 books across, open the book at random, look for the 11th word on the page and call your band "The \_\_\_\_\_\_ " or just “\_\_\_\_\_\_” depending on how it fits. Thats how Hubert Shoemaker became better known to the world as Phil Collins. True story! Have you got any spare change? ---
