I wonder if we ought to give our dysfunctional and/or schizophrenic friend a more human name: “Hey, what’s up with {insert name\> today ?”, “\, did you drink too much last night ?” etc, etc, ad nauseam. I was thinking of ‘Bart’; where BART is an acronym for ‘Bloody Awful Retarded Technology’. But I don’t think that’s good enough. I suppose there’s a slight problem with paranoia if the acronym is also the name of a poster but given some of our illustrious number, that should be the least of their worries. Any other suggestions ? ---

Two more things: - Ummmm, maybe I should have put this is IMHO or MPSIMS ? Sorry! - I appear to be subscribed to threads I’ve yet to view so either something else is amiss or I’m developing false memory syndrome. It’s only happened about three times but I thought it best to alert you to the server’s latest keep-‘em-on-their-toes’ gambit. ---

It’s actually happened about 10 times, you just forgot about the other 7. Which answers your question about false memory syndrome, I guess. I have several names for our server, none of which I shall repeat here. And yes, MPSIMS would be better. Off we go, hang on! ---

Hmm… the server at one of my local educational institutions is called **Kenny** on the grounds that it’s always dieing. ---

The server at my old college was called BART, but I believe there were more (such as HOMER, etc)
