A lot of bands have names that are the name of the frontman (or woman) then the name of the backup band. So, if I said “The Heartbreakers”, the answer is “Tom Petty”. The first correct answer gets to name the next backup band. The only rule is, the frontman & band combo must have have been used in promoting the act, either on tour or on an album. So, no Beatles and Paul McCartney. I’ll start: “The Delaware Destroyers” (or just “The Destroyers”) ---

I assume you’re looking for George Thorogood, but I’m confused. For the Tom Petty example, I’d call Mike Campbell the frontman for the backup band. Or is this just a fill in the blank thing? In that case “The Waves” ---
