Gotta disagree with the Just Shoot Me choice- I’d go for the episode where there was Maya hosts a murder mystery, there really is a death, and when the real cop comes everyone stays in character and reads from their scripts.
Breaking Bad - I’ll go with Ozymandias, but Dead Freight, Crawlspace, and Face Off are all also excellent.
The Sopranos - Pine Barrens is good, but I think Soprano Home Movies is better.
Game of Thrones - Probably The Rains of Castamere.
How I Met Your Mother: Slap Bet. (AKA Robin Sparkles.)
“Just Shoot Me”: The episode where Maya wears a tight red sweater. I’m pretty sure there was a plot and dialogue and stuff, but man, could Maya fill out a sweater!
Porn lost a great performer when Laura San Giacomo was given acting talent! (Sobs)
The scene in question.
While I enjoyed Space Mutiny and Mitchell, Cave Dwellers is by far my favorite episode of MST3K. Not only is it hilarious and some of their best material, it was the premiere for the third season debut on Comedy Central and exemplied what the show was all about.
Though she was pixellated, there was a memorable scene where Maya wears a designer’s dress and only after she gets out of the car does she realize it’s transparent. What I’d give for the unpixellated version.
Fresh Prince of Bel-Air: Will is having a hard time dealing with college, a job and a girlfriend, and a guy gives him some uppers. He tells Carlton they are vitamin E, and Carlton takes a few before the Big Dance, thinking they will help clear up the enormous zit on his head. He does an incredible dance and collapses, being rushed to the hospital. While Carlton tells his parents he got the pills
from “some guy at school” a guilty Will tells Uncle Phil the truth, and he makes Will tell the whole family and apologize to Carlton.
All in all, a spectacular episode.
