It was around 1988-1990, the band I think was a one hit wonder. Lyric went something like…

“Gonna have a good time tonight. Rock and Roll Music gonna play all night. Come on baby it won’t take long…”

The original was in the 60s, an Aussie band called The Easybeats. It was redone in the 80s by Jimmy Barnes/INXS. It’s called “Good Times.”

It’s also used in the soundtrack to **The Lost Boys.** The INXS version, that is.

That was INXS? I thought it was just a band that sounded like INXS.
