The one Daffy Duck sings when he’s doing the Can-Can in front of Elmer Fudd:

_So this is gay Pa-ree!  
Come on along with me,  
we’re stepping out to see the Latin Quarter!  
Put on your French beret,  
we’ll sing the Marseillaise  
and guzzle wine just like it’s water!_

I suspect the melody is something “classical,” but I don’t know what.

A quick google search of your lyrics turns up the song “The Latin Quarter”, from the film “Gold Diggers In Paris”:

Mystery solved! I always assumed the lyrics were written specifically for the cartoon; I had no idea they were from a feature film.
