It played in the late 70s or early 80s. Featured two retarded adults getting married and their travails.

All I remember is the acting was horrible and a very slutty dame tried to seduced the retarded male. At the end, husband and wife moved into a hotel situation, and male tells off the hotel manager that his rooms suck.
