The funniest one is “Ill Douche”, but I rarely if ever use it. I use a mix of “The President”, “45”, and “CFSG” depending on how obvious the reference is by context. ---

I’m still pretty solid on Donnie Two Scoops because for me it highlights his spoiled toddler nature and at the same time it sounds like a mobster thug nickname. The Stable Genius is still a favorite because if you are you don’t need to tell people. Dotard is another good one. ---
