Mr2001, I’m not going to argue against the idea that alcohol probably affects your driving in a far worse manner than Marijauna and I commend you for finding some research that backs that idea. I’d still prefer if you not drive while high. What you do in your own home however, as far as I’m concerned, is your own business. ---

Yes dewt, you were right and I was wrong. I erroneously believed that Mr. Marley’s cancer started in his lungs. It did later spread to his lungs, but it is believed that the cancerous growth began in his toe. I’ll get you for this one day dewt, just you wait… 😉 ---

Hi, gang. Just a couple of thoughts: 1. I think, based on Origato’s first comment to Coldfire, that he doesn’t really have a point or feel one way or another about the situation, but wants to see how quickly he can get himself banned. 2. My sister was heavily into an assortment of different drugs and when I was younger and dumber, I got into a car with her a few times. A stoned driver cannot seem to go over 15 miles an hour (okay, slight exaggeration), and she drove me nuts! I would rather be with a race car driver than a stoned driver any day. 3. Oh, I just said, “a couple of thoughts,” didn’t I? ---

I have respectfully waited until Mr. Dale Earnhardt, Sr. has been properly put to rest to reply to the nastiness of this thread. It is funny that of all the threads I’ve seen regarding Dale Sr.'s death, this is the one that was the most _seethingly vicious_. And it really wasn’t about him! It was about the risks we all take every day just living. I had a post on a previous thread which I think said it succinctly: \*\* Yeah, what we need is a catch all warning… To be printed on every product, street corner, skywritten: WARNING: THE ULTIMATE RESULT OF LIFE IS DEATH! THERE IS NO ESCAPING THIS REALITY. IF YOU DO ANYTHING TO CAUSE OR ACCELERATE THIS PROCESS YOU WILL BE DEEMED TO BE UNFIT FOR LIFE AND THUS INELIGIBLE (AS WILL AS YOUR SURVIVORS) FOR ANY COMPENSATION AS A RESULT OF YOUR OWN ACTIONS. Shit, better than any legalese and I’m not charging a cent for it. The world would be a better place if things could be stated so simply. \*\* As far as the bet with **Texas Spur** , you can forget it now, I would consider multiple death threats (a la , the driver who put Earnhardt’s car into its fatal crash) to be _prima facie_ indication of the stupidity. Frankly, I’d rather be sued than have my life threatened. ---

**Origato** , the visciousness directed toward you was all of your own accord. To put it simply, your argument didn’t hold weight, your timing was ill thought out and your rants incoherent. Your comments were your opinion, which you have every right to express. But when someone disagrees with your opinion, that is their opinion, to which they have every right to express.
