SDSTAFF Jill talks about Navajo Mutton Stew. As mutton has always left a funny dry taste on the roof of my mouth, I’d be very curious to try any recipe that eliminates that.  
Can you post or reply to my E-mail such a recipe as it is nowhere to be found on the net?
