Nope. Loadmasters, flight engineers, communications, crew chiefs, radar operators, gunners… outside of fighters there is at least one enlisted person on an aircraft, and in most cases they outnumber the officers.
We were told that only 2% of enlisted people become career enlisted aviators. The proportion of officers isn’t notably bigger.
