# NBC and Poor lil' Jonbenet.  Freekin' let her rest!

Yeah, it’s sweeps month. And the networks run this kind of story because more people want to hear another version of this little girls murder than watch Masterpiece Theatre.

If we stop supporting (watching) this kind of stuff, they might stop showing it.

It’s too late for JonBenet. And as particlewill and missbunny said, there is every reason to believe that one or both of her parents did not feel as you do. For that reason, the people in this and similar threads have been **sickened by** the story since the early days. It appears that there will never be a resolution, so what we know now is all we’ll ever know. So we’re **sick of** being **made sick** by being caught in this endless loop.
