# Neck "cricks"

What the heck is a neck crick (physically speaking)? I have one this morning and it hurts pretty bad. What’s the best way to get rid of one?

I don’t know the medical cause but I have found a combination of NSAI (i.e., Advil), massage, and heat to help.

Pinched nerve? I had one about a month ago and it does hurt like a sonofabitch. I ended up just waiting it out, took about 3 days before I could turn my head to the left.
