I am starting a home business of having sex-toy parties. I need a creative name and slogan/tagline… I have been drawing a blank, I think I’m trying too hard. It needs to be subtle, but clear, I don’t want to sound like a hooker. Any thoughts?? ---

How about: SEX TOY EXTRAVAGANZA, BUT HEY, WERE NOT NOT HOOKERS! or SEX TOYS, NOT JUST FOR HOOKERS ANYMORE!!! or SEX TOYS, GET YOUR RED HOT SEX TOYS HERE!!! Being serious, I think “Intimate” should be a part of it, because it has a sexy, yet subtle. Same with the word “Pleasure”. How about Intimate Pleasures? Intimate Adventures? I’ve always been rather lazy so I’m attracted to acronyms. If you expect to answer a lot of phone calls, as most of us in business do, it is best to have a short and to the point name for your business. I propose: Feisty. Unique. Naughtiness. or F.U.N. for short. That way you can answer your business line, “Hello, this is FUN!” Of course you can alter the acronyms words to best fit your particular business, just go through the dictionary for ideas. ---

I’ll have to ask my wife. She went to one of these a few years back. Sorta like a Tupperware party for sex toys (you have to burp it to get a tight seal!). A friend of hers threw the party and it sounded like it was a major hit. A woman shows up with a couple of suitcases full of products, lots of “hands-on” examples. Lots of tittering and giggling too. I think it was a local company, but for the life of me I can’t remember the name. Maybe that name will give you some ideas. ---
