Put a UPS shipping label on it, delivering it to your CURRENT address, with the return address as your NEW address.  
Strap it to your car and drop it at UPS. When they deliver it, refuse the shipment.  
They’ll return it to your new address. Problem solved, shipping free!

I’ve always wanted to try that!
