Mine is called Screamin Demon and is named after my roomates three legged cat with cone on head. I first called it IRS Payment Service but changed it when I got a new router. ---

My housemate owns the router we’re using, so he got to pick the SSID, and he always picks names that contain the number of people living at our house. I can’t remember past ones he’s chosen, but our current one is **Four Seasons Cafe**. We’re moving in a week (gaining one person and losing two), so I’ve been trying to think of a name that incorporates “three.” So far, the front runner is **three-legged jeans**. I like **mind control ray** and **disconnected**. In homage to another xkcd, you could pick a name that references the virtual virus aquarium in the comic titled “[Network](http://xkcd.com/350/) .” Hell, you could call it **virtual virus aquarium**. ---

Viewable from my new apartment are these boring networks: Bones cole215 default HORN Queen Village\* 208Street\*\* Ben\_Jamin linksys Mine is definitely the coolest. \*This is the name of my new neighborhood. \*\*Since I’m in 210, I assume this is my neighbor. Street name changed to protect anonymity. ---

I’ve named my laptop MasterBlaster (for no particular reason), and was going to name the router the same, but I like some of these suggestions. **Open Access Internet** (but with WEP,WPA and MAC filtering) **Get off my LAN…damn kids** (Brilliant suggestion!) **This isn’t the router you’re looking for.** I doubt people would try to access these ones. **ERROR 404, CONTACT LOCAL SUPPORT DESK** **SERVICE FAILED, PLEASE RESTART** **Critical error. ABORT? (Y/N)** How many characters are allowed? ---
