Now _that_ sounds truly pathetic, doesn’t it? 😁
My problem is that I have some sugar-free Jell-O instant pudding mixes, and on the box it says for instructions on using dairy free milk substitutes please consult [jell-o.com](http://jell-o.com)…which has been down for who knows how long. Where can I get advice on using almond milk when making my pudding?

Looks like a no-go for instant and almond milk.

When I clicked your link, it redirected me to the site for what appears to be the current parent company for Jell-O and many other brands. After a bit of clicking around, I found [this page](https://www.myfoodandfamily.com/product/00043000205518/jell-o-instant-sugar-free-fat-free-chocolate-pudding-pie-filling-14-oz-box?categoryid=0000074020), on which someone has posted:

> [@](#):

> ### Non Dairy Milk
>
> Many could not find instructions on using non dairy milk. Here they are: Q: Is there anything else I can use instead of milk to prepare the JELL-O Pudding?
> A:
>
> For best results, use 2% low fat milk or whole milk.
>
> Skim, 1% low fat or lactose-reduced milk can also be used but may result in a softer set. Lower fat milk will give a looser set & darker color.
>
> Unpasteurized milk is not recommended because it may cause the pudding to have a soapy taste.
>
> For extra-rich desserts, half and half may substitute for milk.
>
> Soy milk can be used to make the cooked pudding but the consistency will be thick. Soy milk is NOT recommended to make the Instant pudding since the consistency will be very soft, however, it could be used as a sauce.
>
> Cooked or Instant Pudding will NOT set using Rice milk or nonfat dry milk, we do not recommend it.

Nothing about almond milk, though.
