The dog on Neighbours was called Bouncer. I can’t think of anything more Australia to suggest. ---

All of my working dogs (border collies) have been given one syllable names (my trainer told me that works better yelled across a pasture) so I would like to suggest [Ned](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ned_Kelly) ---
