**Incubus** do you have 250 people you _expect to invite_ or 250 people you _expect to attend_?

If you invite 250 you’ll get 200 at the absolute max, possibly as few as 175 if many guests have to travel. I’m pretty sure I invited around 125 for 80, and it would have been 75 except I invited a couple law school friends about 4 days before the wedding when it became apparent there would be room.
