3-3 USPS Master Access Lock

have access to deliver the mail. This lock is not available to developers and
builders to pre-install.
Your local USPS Growth Manager will coordinate installation of the “master
lock” as part of the overall coordination process when starting new mail
delivery for customers.

Is the new clusterbox actually USPS approved?

Yes, I believe he does. The box he purchased does not have a master lock - just a hole where one goes. So presumably, the carrier will provide that lock.

Not sure, it had been purchased and delivered by the time I got there. We shall see.
