I saw on my Roku today that Hulu is offering a 2 month free trial. I didn’t see that offer on that website. You may need to have the channel added to your Roku to get the deal. (I have the channel but I’m not subscribed.) It looks like it’s part of their Seinfeld promotion.
The Roku allows you to search for shows and movies and it will tell you which services are offering it. So from the Roku I search for something like “Interstellar” and it says which services have it and how much it costs. However, I’m not sure if it will search for free offerings. It doesn’t seem to show if the movie is on Netflix, so you may want to first check your subscribed services before doing the Roku search.
amazon, Roku, Hulu, Netflix on line all require an ISP - is that correct?
So, all infotainment options online cost ISP+ … right?
Yes.
Or a neighbor with lax security.
