This isn’t a real disease, its a test for hypochondria. Examiner says the patient may have Retrobulbarmicturalgia. It symptom is pain behind your eyes when you pee. Any affirmative answer, you get the black pills. ---

A few years back, I was having (long story short) a few health issues. So I go to the doc, he orders blood work and sends me off to a specialist. The specialist immediately finds the problem: **Humorless Doc:** You have Graves disease. Graves disease is an autoimmune disorder which _\_. Do you have any questions? **Me:** Yeah Doc…who’s the sick bastard that named this thing “Graves” disease? **Humorless Doc:** Umm… Dr. Graves. Hey, thanks Doc…way to block me from trying to diffuse this situation with humor. :rolleyes: ---

I don’t know about bad sounding, but for truly weird, I would go with Koro (not Kuru, which is much different). Koro, as I learned in my review for my medical boards, is a Psychiatric condition in Asia characterized by a sudden and intense anxiety over a fear that the penis is receding into the body and death will occur once it completely disappears. (Well, sure, what would be the point of living anymore). That has to be rare, but still a pretty weird and specific fear.
