Hey Dopers, I need to find a non-copyrighted recording of Barack Obama’s victory speech, given in Chicago last November.

I went to [archive.org](http://archive.org) and found [this](http://www.archive.org/details/barack_obama_election_night_victory_speech_chicago), which is labeled as an “open source” recording. But it’s clearly edited from footage taken from “official” cameras. I would’ve assumed that footage uploaded to [archive.org](http://archive.org) as open source would’ve been homemade video from the audience.

Anyone know how to confirm the copyright status of the linked file? Or know where there is some verifiably copyright free footage of the event?

Thanks as always.
