# Need somebody in the UK to help me purchase a book...

Apologies if this is in the wrong forum, or if this kind of request isn’t allowed at all. I didn’t see anything in the rules, but I didn’t spend a lot of time looking, so I could be wrong. Since it involves a book, I figured Cafe Society was the best place to ask.

I’ve been looking for a certain book for the past couple of days, and I finally found a vendor in England selling it. But they won’t sell to anybody outside the UK, alas. And I don’t know anybody who lives in the UK except my wife’s cousin, who is on a vacation at the moment. So I was wondering if one of my fine fellow dopers might be able to help me. Basically, I would need somebody with a UK credit card to make the purchase for me, but I could Paypal the money beforehand. And I would be willing to add a few bucks for your trouble, of course.

Or [abebooks.co.uk](http://abebooks.co.uk) normally ship to the US. What’s the ISBN, and I’ll have a look once I’m at work.
