# Needle and thread skill

Yeah, back in my cobbler days I used to be called on to sometimes replace zippers in boots, shoes, purses - I _loathed_ doing it. It’s a lot of work, it’s often tedious, and no one wants to pay anything close to a fair wage for the labor involved.
