Released in New York. See [here](http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story/NERAKHOON-Film-Offers-Hope-Those/story.aspx?guid=%7B29C2F5A1-4EAD-4AF0-AD24-ED65434FC459%7D) and [here](http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1157685/). It means “The Betrayal”. “The epic story of a family forced to emigrate from Laos after the chaos of the secret air war waged by the US.”

I’ve not seen this myself, but word is it’s good viewing for anyone interested in the secret war in Laos way back when. That it’s opened in the US is very good.
