Alas, I no longer have my vic-20. It might be an interesting project to dig it up and restore it. See if I can get that awesome pinball/breakout game running again.
Let’s see. I also own every original Star Trek episode on tape, and can still program in Applesoft Basic. Had classes in Fortran, Apple assembly language and Pascal.
I still occasionally read the 1st edition Dungeon Master Guide for fun and go into bouts of nostalgia whenever I see the Champions rulebook for the Hero System.

I was hired in my senior year of high school to teach a history teacher to use his computer.
Again in senior year my geek friends and I were busy breaking the security software (Fortress) on the computers. Once we got into DOS, game over. One was almost hired by the Science department because they couldn’t figure out how we were doing it.
People used to be referred to me for computer help. People in years ahead of me. As in seniors during my freshman year. So inept:)
I was typing in second grade on the family Osborne and I go at around 80 wpm when I need to. Yeah, others go faster, but who here can go at about 40 wpm with one hand?
I have used paper and pencil exactly once for an assignment that could be done on the computer since I was a sophomore in high school. That was an assignment I didn’t know was due and pulled out of my ass.
I used to purposefully mismatch clothes just to piss people off.
In high school I was a science club-wannabe, but I was on the debate team for two years and edited and contributed to several publications. Edited half the alumni mag a few times, even. Keep in mind it was written by an English prof.
I think the only things that make me not qualify are three years of football, three of baseball, and this.
