After a mere 10 year gap, a new official version of Nethack has been released - 3.6.0.

I haven’t played Nethack for several years, but I think I’ll have to find the time to play again for a bit. It’s a roguelike game… this is possibly the game that adjective was popularized to describe, it’s a lot more like Rogue than the modern games that are described that way. 🙂
