# Netscape email now has more storage!

Well, I’ve been seriously contemplating moving my regular email correspondence (and address book/friend list, etc.) to my Yahoo account, since they offer 100MB of storage, compared to Netscape’s paltry 5MB. Lo and behold, I log into my Netscape account today, and they have upped the storage to 250MB. I have heard nothing about them doing this, and since Netscape doesn’t even offer a “pay more, get more” option, it was nearly the end of the road. What a pleasant surprise. This was verified with my wife’s Netscape account as well.

Whoa, I’d checked my Netscape mail twice already today and not even noticed that!
Thanks **Viscera** for pointing that out. It’s impressive considering they don’t seem to have hyped it up at all before increasing the storage. Although my afore mentioned powers of observation can be a bit low at times, I’ve had my Netscape account for years so I don’t tend to pay it that much attention when I log on. I think this is the first change I’ve seen on it for years.
