Mom is trying to access a prescription service (Merck Medco) with Netscape and is getting this error Unknown status reply from server: 100! Then this page: HTTP/1.1 302 Moved Temporarily Server: Netscape-Enterprise/4.1 Date: Wed, 20 Dec 2000 03:05:17 GMT Location: /medco/cookieJumpPage.jsp?(bunch of junk) Connection: close Any ideas? (I’ve got her working with the browser from the dark side (IE5) :p, but she uses Netscape for everything else) ---

That’s the one, but I forgot to mention that she gets that when she enters her name and password. (it’s hard when your mom is looking over your shoulder!) ---

What makes you think it’s NS? Has she tried IE? ---

[sup]psssstt… peace, read my last line[/sup] Oh, and she started having problems when she upgraded to netscape 6.0. She tried to go back to 4.74 but Netscape doesn’t have a uninstall script %!#@% and she is still having the problem ---

## Say what? All you have to do is to have a copy of NS4.7. Then uninstall NS6.0, you do not need any “script”, whatever it is. Then, put back NS4.7. Or, as the move of desperation, reinstall Windows. What prevents her from using Peace ---

Seems like a down day at the Merck site, try another day when they have their server working.
