I recently started using my Netzero e-mail account, and I’m having a problem. Whenever I send an e-mail to more than one person, an error message pops up and says that I need to use commas to separate the names. However, there **are** commas there. Any ideas?

I’m assuming that you’re talking about using Netzero email on the web, as opposed to getting to it through a POP mail client, like Outlook.

If so, there must be something you’re not telling us, because if I go to Netzero’s webmail site, and enter, for example, “[joeblow@hotmail.com](mailto:joeblow@hotmail.com),knighted@netzero.net” and click “send,” it works just fine.
