In a standard AOE2 game against the computer the easiest way to win is to build as many castles as possible and hunker down until the rest of the map runs out of resources. To this end, send a bunch of villagers to the middle of the map to get all of the resources you can. Then you can cannibalize your own area when you’re hunkered down. And trebuchets kick ass. ---

In _Star Control 2_, if you’ve got full thrusters, when you enter the Sol system, do this. Hold down thrust the whole time. Tap left once at Jupiter’s orbit, then tap it again twice at the Moon’s orbit. You’ll hit the starbase every time. ---

In Freelancer, in the last few missions, pass up guns that does minimal damage to the hull because the enemies won’t have any Shield. Grab guns that do kick-ass hull damage. ---
