The number of fake pseudo-Scots who claim glory from the Scottish Wars of Independence, but whose forebearers were either not there or fought on the side of the English always amazes me.

I remember listening to NPR on the day of the attack and hearing the announcer saying something like “nothing will be the same after today”, and thinking to myself, that this was a huge exaggeration, that it was a horrible tragedy but that after a few months by and large things would go back to the way they were before. It turns out I was totally wrong, but I think we would have been better off if I was right.
I’m gonna blame that on board problems…
