According to the squidsheet, IvoryTowerDenizen looks to be the first one pushed off the cliff, deep into the squid infested seas. The only remaining hope is if Ellen Cherry has been been caught in bed.
Well, I’m no chef and have never actually seen them being cooked, but at their best IMHO they’re lightly breaded and then briefly fried. Sometimes the breading can have seasonings - paprika, maybe, or thyme? - which also gives 'em a kick.

I have eaten oysters. My most memorable oyster-eating was in Japan, there was a restaurant in Hiroshima that served us an eight-course oyster meal: oyster soup, raw, fried, chopped in fried rice, etc. Yummmm.
