What kind of freak doesn’t drink coffee in this day and age ?!), it’s the smell that does it for me. Or rather, did. When I was a kid, my mother would come and tuck me in before going to bed herself. She brought work home, worked late, and usually drank copious amounts of coffee to do it. Half-waking to coffee-breath kisses was highly unpleasant, and completely turned me off the stuff. ---
