The sad thing is, I kept pointing out how fake it really was because none of the books on the shelves had any mylar covers or call number stickers. I donā€™t want to be the party-pooper, but the company, Accoutrements does almost strictly gag gifts. I know this because they also produced a Jesus action figure which I own. He has ā€œAmazing Gliding Action.ā€ So I think they MIGHT be making fun of librarians. Go forth and file them into Dewey oblivion. ---

but i wonder how the kids would take it. Theyā€™d probably add her into the background characters of the Barbie Showā€¦ Some GIJoe might find her useful for informationā€¦but i canā€™t really see kids using her a lot. I mean, itā€™a great ideaā€¦but i just wonder. About that Nun action figureā€¦i donā€™t know if anyone remembers the Boxing Nun toys? Itā€™s the one where thereā€™s no lower 1/2 of body, and you put your hand inside, where you find 2 buttons to make her box. That company, of course, made a wide variaty of charactersā€¦ Well, for everyone in anykind of profession, should have respect. ---
