# New Beard SO ITCHY AHHHH HELP ME

I’d say the itching is just your beard getting back at you for all those years of shaving it, but that doesn’t really help. What I will say is something almost no one else will tell you: beware of cotton candy. It’s really hard to eat without making a sticky mess.

Still worth it, though.

For those who don’t know - this is especially funny because the reason I’ve never grown a beard is that I’m chromosomally challenged.\*

Eating soup is always a challenge once it’s grown in, too.

+1 to combing and gently exfoliating when you wash your face. You may also want to try a moisturizing face cleanser as well instaed of soap.

I get mine trimmed twice a year, when I get my hair cut.
