James Meredith, who desegregated Ole Miss, later worked for Sen. Jesse Helms. James Doohan didn’t necessarily have to play a Scotsman in _Star Trek_. Josiah Bartlet’s beloved secretary, Mrs. Landingham, died in a traffic accident at Logan Circle in Washington in _The West Wing_. Just one DQ left anyway. Anyone can ask it if they wish. ---
