I like the Jiffy Lube / Roto-Rooter model. I think you’d rather have the solution than the problem in your name (i.e., “clean” rather than “virus”), or at a minimum both. Viro-Clean. Machine Vaccine? ---

I think the name should be something that non-techies will understand. The person who can understand a techie name probably can fix the problem on their own. When I help my in-laws, they don’t know what’s wrong with their computer. All they know is their computer doesn’t work. They hardly know what a virus is. If a store was called “Computer Virus Removal”, they wouldn’t think of going there since they don’t know they have a virus. I wouldn’t focus solely on virus removal unless that’s the only thing you’re going to be doing. What about malware removal? Driver misconfiguration? Registry errors? etc. What about a name like ‘The Computer Sweeper’–similar to a chimney sweep. You get rid of the crud stuffing up the computer so it runs like new. Or ‘The Computer Handyman’ ---

If you are serious I would not go cute or clever at all. Be very direct. “Speedy Computer Virus Removal Experts” or similar. People with locked up PCs are not looking for wordplay in ads. The clearer the better. ---
