Welcome to the Asylum–I mean, the SDMB!
But ass far as asking for gossip…well, don’t be surprised if this thread plummets to the Pit in no time flat.
In fact, \< putting on green bookie’s visor \> I’m placing bets now!
All bets are based on a 24 hour period after the topic is mentioned
2 to one on Pitdom after the first mention of Ed Zotti!
10 to one on a one way ticket to the Pit after mention of Melin!
5 to one on after any mention of the hacking incident.
Any mention of personal relationships (" Ahem" heatherlee “ahem”) are at 1.5 to one.
Trifecta betting allowed on Mark Serlin, FORMERAGENT, and Phaedrus. Odds to be posted later, as thinking of these guys is giving me a migraine.

Welcome aboard! There are a lot of very nice people and a lot of very intelligent people here. Occasionally the two classes even overlap. (Coughs modestly.) Some post many times a day, some only once in a while. Some have a lot to say but nothing worth saying and some use a few words to say a great deal.
The rate of information creation on this board already exceeds the capability of any single person to assimilate it. No way you can even keep up, much less catch up. It’s hop in, sit down, shut up and hold on! (Well, none of us ever really shuts up!)
